My squat has gotten much much better and deeper.
Since we got down to deeper squats, Eric said not to load up but take the time to finish the reps.
My legs didn’t have much strength left after that workouts on Wednesday.
As I went up on the staircase, I yelled “Please install an escalator!” lol
I’ve been having sleeping problems again and by Friday, I had very low energy.
Mentally, I feel so knackered that I can’t even focus on anything.
Need them Magnesium tablets!
Hope I can recoup this weekend and feel rejuvenated by next week.
