The next two weeks I will be training with Tristan as Eric takes his well-deserved vacation.
He studies Kinesiology and Msc Physiotherapy.
Everyone says he’s a good trainer and an awesome guy so I’m trusting them.

Awkward ‼️
OMG, the first few minutes were so awkward.
But good for him. He tried to keep the conversation going to break the ice and I appreciated his efforts.
Training with a young trainer is really different.
Or is it because the trainer is a cute and young ????
I can say that the trainings this week has been pushing me much more than usual and I’m literally feeling the soreness everywhere.
Right now as I type this, I’ve gotta have a waz but can’t stand-up from the workout this morning ????
Well, it’s a good feeling that’s for sure.
Wonder what the next week’s trainings will be like.
