Au debut
I’m on my 2 week vacation.
First week, I spent it at a cottage of our friends in North of Toronto.
Second week, I spent it in Nova Scotia.
Not much training but got some workouts in during my vacation.
Wk 28: Saturday – Treadmill Walking
Just stopped by at the gym in the morning for a quick walk. Ate so much crap at the cottage and felt I needed to do something. Missing my workout routine….
Wk 29: Monday – Weight Training & Outside Walking
- Leg Extension : 100kg 8 Reps x 3 sets, 6 reps x 1 set
- Leg Curl : 70kg 8 reps x 4 sets
- Superset
- Incline DB Chest Press : 22kg 8 reps x 4 sets
- Pec Fly : 40kg 8 reps x 2 sets
- Flat DB Chest Press : 26kg 8 reps x 2 sets
- Superset
- Pull-up : Bodyweight 6 reps x 3 sets
- One-arm DB Row : 18kg 8 reps x 3 sets
Wednesday – Walking around the town
Nightly stroll around the town. This was the only time I turned on my watch lol

My workout routines!!!
Feel like I’m afraid that I’ve been slacking off and going back to the bad habit of drinking and eating bad…
Let’s hope I won’t go down that road.
