Au debut

I’m on my 2 week vacation.

First week, I spent it at a cottage of our friends in North of Toronto.

Second week, I spent it in Nova Scotia.

Not much training but got some workouts in during my vacation.

Wk 28: Saturday – Treadmill Walking

Just stopped by at the gym in the morning for a quick walk. Ate so much crap at the cottage and felt I needed to do something. Missing my workout routine….

Wk 29: Monday – Weight Training & Outside Walking

  • Leg Extension : 100kg 8 Reps x 3 sets, 6 reps x 1 set
  • Leg Curl : 70kg 8 reps x 4 sets
  • Superset
    • Incline DB Chest Press : 22kg 8 reps x 4 sets
    • Pec Fly : 40kg 8 reps x 2 sets
    • Flat DB Chest Press : 26kg 8 reps x 2 sets
  • Superset
    • Pull-up : Bodyweight 6 reps x 3 sets
    • One-arm DB Row : 18kg 8 reps x 3 sets
Weight Training
Outside Walking

Wednesday – Walking around the town

Nightly stroll around the town. This was the only time I turned on my watch lol

Love Nova Scotia so much.

Would really love to move out here…

But what I miss the most?

My workout routines!!!

Feel like I’m afraid that I’ve been slacking off and going back to the bad habit of drinking and eating bad…

Let’s hope I won’t go down that road.
