My shoulders are burning right now but it was an okay session. Still mad about yesterday’s session. Sort of thinking of changing the gym.

Hmmm

I am the creature of routine.

Even when the trainer changes, I lose my focus or get into a funk.

This week was just that.

If Eric continues to change his spot with Dorianne, I will be seriously changing the gym.

Let’s see the next week will be.
