Au debut

We are off to Puerto Vallarta this week!

I won’t be doing much workouts but am planning small exercises here and there while on vacation.

Monday – Weight Training

  • DB Incline Bench Press :
    • At 45° : 10 – 15 reps, 45 lbs x 3 sets
    • At 35° : 10 – 15 reps, 45 lbs x 3 sets
    • At 25° : 10 – 15 reps, 45 lbs x 3 sets
  • Superset
    • DB Fly : 10 reps 25lbs x 4 sets
    • Cable Fly : 10 reps 45lbs x 4 sets
  • Seated Cable Row :
    • 150 lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
    • Down-the-stack : 150 -> 120 -> 105 -> 90 -> 80 -> 70 -> 60 -> 50 -> 40 lbs, 8-4-4-4-4-4-4-4 reps
  • 5 Min Bike Ride

Proper beach pump!!

Wednesday – at Resort

Just hit some balls on a tennis court for about an hour.

It’ s been almost 6-7 years since I hit tennis balls last …

My knees are still not good for tennis I felt and my eye sights aren’t there to even see the ball right.

But hit some good balls here and there…

Thursday – at Resort

  • Leg Press : 10 reps x 4 sets, 110 lbs
  • Leg Extension : 10 reps x 4 sets, 90#
  • Crunch : 20 reps x 4 sets

An alright gym at the resort. Very limited equipment but still did some workouts after half an hour walk.

Friday – Resort

We’ve been floating most so decided to have a walk outside the resort around the marina. Such a nice walk this was.

Notes to me-self

It’s workation so I worked during the day and enjoy the sun for the rest of the day.

No serious training.

Why not, right?

I’m so self-obssessed that I can’t even take of my shirt lol

Just a tanktop.

Oh well, that’s just me.
