This week is the last week of this training programme.

I’m sure Eric has the next programme in his head but all I ask is NOT to have the hardest training set on Mondays!!! 🤣

The difference in training between with Anthony and Dorianne isn’t that much. It’s really how comfortable I feel with that individual. Am I sexiest for not wanting to train with a female trainer? But I used to have a female trainer before and had no problem…

Yeah… It’s the vibe. She’s a good girl and very nice. Direction is good but the vibe… Is it because the language barrier? Either way I’ve gotta talk to Eric about this.

Note to me-self

I’m happy to hear my best friend is doing well and getting back to his old-self.

That motivates me to do even more.

Next Monday is the pinch test so be good this weekend!
