Tuesday
- Lying DB Fly : 15lbs 12 reps x 1 set, 17.5lbs 12 reps x 1 set, 20 lbs 12 reps x 2 sets
- Rear Deltoid Fly : 70lbs 12 reps x 4 sets
- Seated Cable Row : 70lbs 12 reps x 4 sets
Friday
- Deadlift : 35lbs 10 reps x 1 set, 45lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
- Superset
- DB Incline Bicep Curl : 25lbs 10 reps x 4 sets
- Cable Overhead Tricep Extension : 120lbs 12 reps x 4 sets
- Superset
- DB Overhead Tricep Extension : 50lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
- EZ Bar Bicep Curls : 60lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
- 3 Min Bike Ride

Notes to me-self
I’ve been sick way too many times.
The last food poisoning was my flipping own fault though…
It was so stupid and it took almost a full week to get better.
This week’s training was nothing but just to keep muscles activated.
Let’s hope next week will be better.
