I’m in Dominican Republic for vacay this week for one of our friends 40th birthday.
I’m planning to keep my usual workout schedule while I’m here too since there is a decent gym at the resort.

Notes to meself
It was very trying week to train by meself.
Tried me best to mimic what Eric or any other trainers would do with me but of all the drinking and me messing with me stomach, it wasn’t easy.
But I did all three-day of trainings so tap on my shoulders, right?
Let’s hope the next week’s training won’t be toooo hard!!!
