It was a good improvement! Gained about 3lbs of lean muscle mass while keeping body fat around 10% Goal is 175lbs so we are almost there. I can keep my body fat around 10% or a little less. The body fat is something that I can focus a little later?

Very first of the new programme. It’s very similar to the last one but there are some small changes. The last programme was working well so he continued in the same direction for a little longer.

Wednesday – Cardio / Treadmill Walking

Had to drive Hubby to the airport and to the doctor’s office in the morning so the cardio was cut short to 45 min and at night after work…

Thursday – Weight Training w/ Eric
