I got back home from workation SICK!!
I was knocked out until Thursday.

- Flat bench DB Chest Press (Hammer Grip) : 50lbs 10 reps x 4 sets
- Seated Cable Row : 100lbs 10 reps x 1 set, 115lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
- Superset
- Pendulum Squat Machine : No Weight 10 reps x 1 set, 25lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
- Leg Curl : 70lbs 10 reps x 4 sets
- 5 Min Bike Ride

The illness has seriously slowed me down this week.
I wonder how people are dealing with the sickness while training.
But I’m glad I did push through and worked out at least ONE day lol
Crossing me fingers and get better by Monday.
